Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@aandvjewelry.com with a copy of your receipt and the reason for return. We will reply with the address where you can ship back your jewelry. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the return was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@aandvjewelry.com. If your item is not approved, it will be shipped back to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to gift cards, jewelry purchased with a promotion or discount and custom items.
